Hi, i have ordered the nokia 1520 for which i paid rs 12299/- and since i never got the mobile, i have asked for the refund. But they have sent me the transaction id and all but still the amount is not reflected on my account. These guys never respond also after that. Please help.
I have since written over 20 emails and i get the standard reply:
Dear customer,
Inconvenience deeply regretted.
As told earlier, we have again forwarded the concern to higher management and have request them to kindly process the refund as soon as possible.
Request to kindly allow us some time for further update.
In case of any further assistance or clarification on this issue, please reply back to this email.
