I placed an order with Goboult on 2 June 2026. Unfortunately, the product I received was a used/defective item with internal issues, making it unfit for use. I immediately requested a return, and the product was collected.
It has now been more than 15 days, but I have not received any update regarding my refund. I have contacted Goboult's customer support multiple times, but they keep stating that they can only provide a replacement and are refusing to process my refund. They are not even considering my refund request despite the product being delivered in a defective and used condition.
This has caused me significant inconvenience and unnecessary delays. I request the concerned authority to intervene and direct the company to process my full refund immediately, as I do not wish to accept a replacement for a defective and used product.
