Goboult Complaints & Reviews

I placed an order with Goboult on 2 June 2026. Unfortunately, the product I received was a used/defective item with internal issues, making it unfit for use. I immediately requested a return, and the product was collected.
It has now been more than 15 days, but I have not received any update regarding my refund. I have contacted Goboult's customer support multiple times, but they keep stating that they can only provide a replacement...

This is the worst company to get the products because they can't provide after-sale services at all. I registered a complaint for my product three times. Guess what?? All of them were rejected as my home address doesn't come under their servicable zone. And they don't even have any service centre where I can send or give my product either. Now, I can't do anything....
