GoBumpr — After Service - unprofessional Mechanic and customer care people | |||||
I had given my Bajaj Pulsar 150, which was not in use regularly, and explained what needs to be done, but unfortunately apart from those issues rest unwanted things are done and i was handed over the bill of 8K, I have still paid and 3 times gone to get it repaired but things are not resolved, overall my bike has is fine from bad to worst because o[censored]nprofessional mechanic and customer care people. 1) Looks like they have not changed the parts nor parts or original, but the money they have taken in full or original parts. 2) They have not explained so far why did they change any part or do the replacement. 3) entire bill looks fraud 4) Gobumper customer care people don't have any update or details on whats going on, one person said me vert clearly, it's not their responsibility, please coordinate with the garage, Gobumper is only to bridge the call, what a shame on gobumper - looks like its a fraud company. 5) overall they took 11 days to repair/Service the bike and no information was shared or given to me, where was the bike used.
