Car Damaged during interior service

Hi Team,
My car number is TN09CS7813, with service booking id 3291784, I was promised 1 day delivery and when the car was about to be delivered, I noticed heavy scratch and dent in my car. When asked about this they did not give proper reason for the scratch and dent. They are saying they will do the tinkering work to remove the dent and repaint it. They will not replace the parts it seems. Being a holiday season I had planned multiple outing with my family during this time and made all bookings, Now I am not able to use my car. They are not providing any compensation for this .
Worst service and worst customer care. No one called me until now from Gobumpr to discuss for this damage.

Cheating in service offer and spares changed or not OEM products
From MyTVS (GoBumpr) got call for servicing my car, with periodic service with regular oil change, filter cleaning, top up of gear oil etc with package amount of 3999/- +18℅ gst + bundle offer of either 750/- discount or Car spa worth 1500/-. I opted for service with car spa, but after completing the device, they are saying that carraige doesn't have facility to perform car spa, so they will provide Rs 500/- as discount, which is not fair. Also they replaced clutch assembly last year & completely gone within 8- 9 months just running 8k kms.

I booked a service and inform them to issue the resolve I am facing for electric start on my Honda Activa. They have just changed the switch and charged me, issue is still there. No professional check up and resolution.
They suggested me few things to change or replace, which I believed and think might be good for my bike. They billed me a huge amount then expected. After service I don't think they have worked properly, just a way to grab money from customers. Scammers.
They charged me for both break shoes but their engineer accepted they changed only for rear break. Scammers.
Irony is that, when they called me up frontly and apologized and informed me that, on of their member will come and fix the issue, also they send me a new ticket number. But never turn around.
A really bad experience with this company.

Hello Gobumpr,
I booked the service on 4th Sep 2022 and i'm not happy with the service as my car's rightside mirror is completely broken upon delivery. My experience with gobumpr is very bad and the purpose for which i booked the service was also not resolved.
To replace the Regulators of Front lh door lock actuator and front lh power window regulator i had booked the service. They given estimation charges for which i agreed upon, but later i was informed that the required items are currently not available and my car would be delivered back and the service charge has been paid from my end.
I was forced to pay the charges before delivery of the car otherwise pass will not get.
I called the Amit ([protected]) the executive of gobumpr when the car is delivered and told rightside mirror is broken but still my issue was not resolved, please help me to get the damages replacement.

Customer mental harassment

Refund of 5600 not processed and holding the vehicle in showroom for more than a month .customer harassed mentally saying bike wil be ready (three weeks harassment ) and after that bike not ready and they collected 5600 and now to process the refund they have taken two weeks and still not giving the refund ..mentally harassed and inefficient staff ..do not trust go bumpr for your bike service

Worst & Fraud Company
1. I booked for service (painting & periodic), the vehicle was promised to be serviced and delivered within 2 days. It was a free pickup/drop service and the driveU guy picked and I paid him for the fuel as well. No intimation / acknowledgement of the car. After following up and calling multiple people it was confirmed that vehicle was received.
2) They took 6 days to paint.
3) Inspite of telling 10 times to the advisor that the car needs periodic service, he was about to send the car without servicing. Just before sending in hurry he did something.
4) The car was received in the late night around 8.30PM by driveu guy and again paid for the fuel, when received the entire car had scratches and multiple damages, took photographs and sent it to them. Advisors is just saying that i have informed manager etc.
5) Car has been making huge noise and worst damages.

Company asking for fuel payment unnecessarily

I filled enough fuel for pick and drop to Indira Nagar service center which is in my residing zone. While sending the vehicle back there is no fuel and they are asking me to pay for fuel again. very very dissatisfied with them, they will call you and talk soothingly to make you book a service and charge you like crap. I will never recommend gobumpr service .

My Vehicle KA01MV6971 (Ford Freestyle) was given for service on May 9th for dent repair and repainting. On 12th May 2022, I received my car (promised one-day delivery) by one of their service center executive. The paint color was visibly different and brush marks were everywhere. I denied making the payment. Then one of their supervisor named Vikram informed me that they will pick up the vehicle within 10 days and fix it. As per him, the color difference was due to polish, and promised me a fix within 10 days (he claimed they cannot do it immediately as while rainy days and hence required 10 days- I've attached his email). and requested me to make the payment and I did indeed. Now it's been a month, and there is no response to calls or emails, literally.
They not only spoiled my car but also made it in such a condition where I cannot take it even to my office as it looks like a multicolor painted local crap. I need compensation for the time and money I lost.

Cheat and lost bike key
Worst ever service.
never ever use the service
1- took 4 DAYS to complete service(nothing done)
2- charged 6.2k(six thousand ) to resolve scooty strek bike
3- they lost the bike key with key chain which is dear to me and they Did not inform me when asked they mentioned they lost 4 keys( no maintenance)
4) they got the vehicle by 8 pm and I could that the engine oil was leaking so sent it back
5) next day they sent the bike after pleading many times and bike was not cleaned
6) they lost my new battery warranty card which I personly asked them not to lose as it was a new battery
7) I got so frustrated that I said that I will give a police complain as there was no response ( I don't know 4 what illegal activity it was used) they sent the bike and again the bike was not cleaned and some screws were missing and side stand is broken.
8) no old parts sent as there was no changes done.
9 no invoice uploded to the app
10) send some bill through wathsapp and asked me to pay in advance without even completing the task
11) WORST ever team. Never never send the vehicle not worth and no transperant talk and will loss system parts( stolen) from the vehicle.

My mistake and this caused me Loos money, plese and miss a very important meeting

Delay in delivery
We have taken service from go bumpr but we have still not got the bike.They took bike on 4 th may still they are playing with us that today tomorrow and they are not even taking calls responding properly.they will say escalated but nothing they will do.Worst service.Never recomndable.

I Requested for bike service in Online some one called Me and register my Booking([protected]) and they routed some one to pickup the bike from my location at Okkiyampettai(chennai) on around 1:30, They committed me for same day delivery but still I didn't got my Bike back. I called who pick my bike place that executive([protected]) said you have to contact office to check the status after that I tried who called me in morning to register My booking that lady also not picked my call I tried for multiple times. After that I tried to connect customer care they gave Chennai customer care number that number also not worked..
My grievance is you committed me same day delivery available but its not happened.
Not able to contact the service executive and showroom to enquire about my bike.
If it getting delay even they also not inform to me
Then how I trusted you to give for another service how I will refer my friends ?
You going to charger me for the service right. But because of you wrong commitment I suffered to travel to my place tonight even morning also I will suffer the same.
I need justification for the delay and compensation for my suffer otherwise I will forward this issue for next level

Charged for service which has not been done
My car air conditioning was not working so booked a service through this worst app it was my biggest mistake it showed 2400 + taxes will be charged after a day the guy from tvs said it will cost somewhere around 14k to 15k for service for which I did not agree and said to drop my car back and the service person was like even though you did not take out service you still have to pay 3k for checking and only then he will return car fraud people both go bumper and tvs please save your self from this thives they will loot you like crazy beware

Complaint after my service
Hi,
I availed a service on go bumper and i am facing issues while raiding my bike after service. I raise a complaint twice and ni response from the mech. I am keep on calling the mech but no response. Such a worst experience and pls try to solve the issue. I will never and ever take service from go bumper hereon. Thanks

After Service - unprofessional Mechanic and customer care people

I had given my Bajaj Pulsar 150, which was not in use regularly, and explained what needs to be done, but unfortunately apart from those issues rest unwanted things are done and i was handed over the bill of 8K, I have still paid and 3 times gone to get it repaired but things are not resolved, overall my bike has is fine from bad to worst because o[censored]nprofessional mechanic and customer care people.
1) Looks like they have not changed the parts nor parts or original, but the money they have taken in full or original parts.
2) They have not explained so far why did they change any part or do the replacement.
3) entire bill looks fraud
4) Gobumper customer care people don't have any update or details on whats going on, one person said me vert clearly, it's not their responsibility, please coordinate with the garage, Gobumper is only to bridge the call, what a shame on gobumper - looks like its a fraud company.
5) overall they took 11 days to repair/Service the bike and no information was shared or given to me, where was the bike used.
I would like to file a complaint in consumer court.

Today I booked from Go Bumper for Bike Service.Apache RTR 160.I have hand over my bike to the Technician who will come to take my bike.After 7 hours He delivered my Bike.I was just ride my bike Some Sound came from inside the bike.From Engine Also some sound came.They charged me Rs 5783.After paying too much amount and i get these type of service.I will complaint in consumer forum against go bumper.Yesterday i have put 500 fuel in my bike.After service it was Empty.They told me They doing foam wash.I am attaching the screenshot of foam wash.Too much they charged for service.

Unethical behaviour
My car which has not been driven for 2 years and that has been flooded for a month was inspected on the pretext of them buying it. After looking at the car, they said it will only take Rs.20000 to fix it. O said okay, I can spend 20000 to fix the car instead of selling it.
Once they started the repair, they said it will cost another 15 thousand. I said okay. After that they found more issues that would case another 15 thousand. It went on like that till it reached 60 thousand. I thought okay, its roughly 3 times more than their initial quote. As long as the car comes back in good condition i'm okay with it.
They delivered the car and said I should bring ir back after 100kms to change oil. And the reason was that since it has been flooded, they have to look at the car again in 1000kms. I thought that was odd but okay. I went on a long drive of 1000kms. That's when I had my first issue. There was a loud squeaking sound coming from the car. I tried reaching out to them but they were not prompt in their response.
After coming back, I asked them to come and collect the car again, Now, I spend 25 thousand to change the suspension system. they had no good answer to why this was not looked previously. They then assured me that now the car is all good and I wont have any trouble for the next 10 thousand kms. I had spet about 90 thousand on this till this point.
The very next drive, I went on a 300km long drive and around 150 kms, the car broke down. The fuel pump that they had already serviced got busted. I tried reaching out to them and there was absolutely no response. I found a local mechanic in the middle of a highway to fix it. I continued my journey.
A day later, during my return home from the 300km drive, the car breaks down again. This time the engine timing belt is busted. When I called them, they said they wont come that far to fix the car. I had to find another mechanc in the highway yo fix it.
After retuening home, the breaks got busted. They came back to take the car to check again and are now quoting 40000 rupees to fix the car.
This is predatory. Simple as that. Please dont go to gobumper for any of your car needs. The only thing they are interested in is making money. They will go to whatever lenghts to get that.

Here I’m registering my issues with your channel partner service feedback issues and I need a glad solution on this serious case as soon as possible.
1. I booked a regular general service for my Honda Dio on 15th December morning pickup on 10:30am but the pickup delayed taken on 01:20pm, why???
2. The vehicle id not delivered on the same day, why???
3. Delivered on 16th December afternoon 12:20pm only, why???
4. Total distance between service point to my address was only 15km up and down maximum 30km but my vehicle driven over 22km extra why???
5. Even that much time delayed for a basic general service not even a water service is done to my vehicle, find the attached pictures for the clear reference. At the delivery time the intimation about the incident was communicated with the service point person with images of my full dirt vehicle. They argued and not willing to tack the vehicle back and forced to pay the bill amount, why???
6. If the vehicle has to tack return for the water service means I need to pay extra for the fuel charges the MyTVS guy told me even the 22KM extra driven too, why???
I’m having all the evidences of invoice, pickup and drop details, voice call recordings, vehicle picture during pickup and delivery. Even I having a doubt on the service is really done or not I just paid my money to a dump thing!
I want a perfect solution asap instead of a excuses conversation here after. If there is no response from #gobumpr or no satisfied solution on this service issues definitely I can handle it and rise up to the edge of my capable for sure.

I have given my Yamaha fascino bike Service in GoBumpr. The worst service they have given and also it was billed for Rs. 6099/- but not even given the bill copy even it is not worth for 2000 of cost. Kindly help me out about this. I have complain in customer support but no Response.

This is wrt to service which GoBumpr has done to my Jupiter (KA03JS4639).
I have given my bike for servicing on June 29th 2021.
The bike was not starting as the battery was drained out.
There were not other issues apart from that.
The received the bike on the next day after paying a bill of rupees 3425 + 200 for filling petrol.
When I received the bike, the fuel was empty.
Now from the second day onwards after servicing, the bike is not taking self and I need to kick start (that too after 10-15 kicks). The video is sent to the mechanic and after that he blocked my number. (Mechanic : +[protected]
From Wednesday onwards I’m constantly in touch with the customer support for getting the invoice for the services done.
The customer support is putting some lame excuses and not providing my bill.

As per advertise and with hope, I request service of vehicle through gobumpr.com.
There was an issue wth self motor so called service provider which is registered in gobumpr Mr Abdul, he visited and picked the vehicle for service & for self motor issue.
Yamaha FS150 cc
When service provider called and informed vehicle is in fine condition, self motor is not working has to change then I informed to fix good co quality self motor.
After service when he delivered vehicle there was an noise issue in motor.
I informed nothing, no issues he told.
Now from past a week there was an leakage near self motor and on engine, checked no leakage in oil.

I have given it for car service . I was having issue water leakage in shot gun seat . They gave estimate of 13000/- Along with I have asked to address other issue . They took long time to deliver my car . I was not keeping well and later I noticed water again leaking .when I went and asked Go bumpr(My TVs, Guindy) and service personnel had abused and called me that I was lieing to him . They changed the issue on their convenience saying I was not telling the issue properly . Also they have replaced evaporator coil and did not return defective item . They are very careless and did not pay much attention to my problem . They wrongly diagnosed the issue and now they are putting blame on me . I feel I am cheated by them . Also I could not reach customer care or any representative of Go Bumpr . I tried their customer care phno multiple times . I can see they were calling for continuously for taking up service but when it comes for grievances no takers are available.Pls help me in this regard . I do not mind filing complaints in police or Court. I do not mind spending money . I do not want anyone to experience like this . I file public litigation against these companies.

Booked GoBumpr service for repairing my bike (Royal Enfield 350, 2016 model). The technician visited on 8th Dec 20 to inspect bike and due to lack of current equipments told that he will get the bike picked up the next day morning. He even took my bike key to pick it up the next day as I would be not available at home (had to goffice).
Since then the service technician is not answering the calls and messages. Lodged the complaint also but no resolution till date.

Overcharged for car service

I booked service with gobumpr for 2999 package, and the my final bill was for 4800/- i checked with other garages and the same service were provided for 3.5k. There was no proper response from gobumpr and they asked me to directly contact that garage and get refund. All they care is about their commissions, there is not an iota of customer services.

incomplete bike service and wrong billing
Bike service was not done, plus parts were missing from bike. Even after multiple complaints, no action was taken. Also inacurate & incorrect billing was generated for which payment was collected as well and now no refund. They have charged gst on mrp products as shown in the attached bill.
Now bike is not even starting after their so called service. Gobumbr said will cashback 300rs for service through paytm which also i never recieved.

I have given my bike for service through Gobumpr after the delivery of my bike i got a bill of 5000 rupees stating that so and so parts have been replaced, after a day i see that the condition of the bike is same as given to them. They have just washed the vehicle from outside and given that to not properly. Before giving to service they said that without oil change the service cost is 800 rupees but i got a bill of 1200 rupees apart from the labor charges without any proper bill.
After informing their team they said that they are resolving the issue neither they are picking the call nor there is a response from there side. I kept calling them frequently but no one is responding.

I have booked a SLOT for washing my car on 11.10.2019, till now no proper response from them and when I asked for refund they didn't respond properly, today morning onwards tried to reach them thru phone call and whatsapp I couldn't reach. It seems like forgery, need the proper action and refund.

Till now i didn't receive any communication from gobumpr in any mode and they modified this complaint as resolved.
But my issue not resolved till now.
Almost a month gone, but no change in the status.
What should i do now.
If i will not get proper response from them even after, i am going to take legal action.
Sending legal notice & going for consumer court.

I gave my bike for service 2 weeks back and i'm not happy with the service as i see no differnece between my old gobumpr service and 2weeks back service.
I write a complaint to gobumpr but they are not responding.
10 days back they called me ans asking for feedback i said i'm not happy with the service so they told me we initiate a re service for you at free cost after 2 days so now it past 10 days they didn't call me back and not responding my mail. Customer care no they are not picking.

even i have faced similar issue, these guys are frauds
Worst service provided by gobumpr...I paid them 2.5k they didn't do service just they take parts from vehicle, please dont go for gobumpr, waste of money and time...
