I have given my bike for service through Gobumpr after the delivery of my bike i got a bill of 5000 rupees stating that so and so parts have been replaced, after a day i see that the condition of the bike is same as given to them. They have just washed the vehicle from outside and given that to not properly. Before giving to service they said that without oil change the service cost is 800 rupees but i got a bill of 1200 rupees apart from the labor charges without any proper bill.
After informing their team they said that they are resolving the issue neither they are picking the call nor there is a response from there side. I kept calling them frequently but no one is responding. Was this information helpful? |
