Upgraded my hosting plan form Economy to Ultimate, the email facility still the same. Looking at the details on the website of godaddy planned to buy Ultimate windows hosting.
This hosting feature enables us to have 1000 email is with 1Gb space.
When called up the customer care - Ramond L, shared a shocking reply that we were using some other plan which cannot be upgraded. He adviced us to pay and obtain the email facility

Updated my hosting plan from Economy to Ultimate but all the facilities are not offered.
The website states the Windows Ultimate Hosting plan offers an email plan with: Total Number of email addresses - 1000 and Total email storage of 1GB.
Well when we tried doing the same this option was not available.
When called up the customer service executive we were asked to buy a new plan for the same as this facility was not available on the plan.
Web mail facility is also available. Instead of helping us over this issue, the customer care executive Raymond L started his sales of buying a new plan.
These guys online are incompetitive in giveing tech help. these people are just sales guys.
