Godaddy India — fraud activity from similar domain

Dear sir
We have registered domain name with manoharfilaments.com, and found that similar domain manoharfilament.com is performing fraud activity with our customer with similar email id of manoharfilaments.com
E. G. We have ritu. [protected]@manoharfilaments.com where below email is having ritu. [protected]@manoharfilament.com (Only difference of last "s")
They are asking payment from our customer with their bank account details
Where in we dont have any such bank account
See below, would like to block them and file the complaint against them
