My GoDaddy Account[protected] has been suspended and your team at [protected]@godaddy.com isn't responding to my emails or calls.
I got an e-mail from GoDaddy on 14th June, 2022 stating that one of my domains - thetvsemeraldjardin.co.in is suspended. Upon checking this email the next day - none of my websites with domains purchased from GoDaddy are working and even my GoDaddy Dashboard access is locked. Prior to this happening - I didn't receive any warning/notice mail.
After this I had contacted your phone support yesterday - they said that it's due an issue with the domain thetvsemeraldjardin.co.in and asked to get an email from TVS Emerald stating that we are authorised and permitted to use it.
If the issue is with that domain GoDaddy shouldn't have sold that domain to me. 2nd - it could have suspended that domain only and not the whole account.
Now, I have spoken to the relevant authorities at TVS Emerald and they drafted a mail to [protected]@godaddy.com stating that we are authorized to market their projects and there's no issue in that.
And now I've been trying to contact them by mail and even phone support but i'm not getting any reply.
All my websites are down for no proper reason.
Can you please take action in this regard and get my account reinstated. Was this information helpful? |
