I was paid money Rs.2817.84 for Renew WEBSITE+ MARKETING PLAN to GoDaddy on 3/December/2020, Money is deducted from my account same day but because of some error in the GoDaddy server that day my products not being renewed even after deducted payment from my account. from last month 3/dec/2020 to now godaddy executive making me fool that you will get it this and that but i still not receive my refund yet. Same problem with me. I've cancelled the domain but didn't received my refund yet. It has completed more than a 15days.
