Godaddy India — not helping me recover my account

I got cheated by a developer and he changed all the details of my account. So for that i called the customer service first at 11 pm on[protected]. The customer executive took my call and told that report on changetheupdate.com. I did the same thing and got a reply that we cannot assist you as the domain is in transfer process. I again called the godaddy support and the after narrating the whole story again that my account had been hacked and details have been changed and i have reported to the the change the update also and wont be able to recover that so it would be great i[censored] pass the call to the supervisor. He told me that at that time because it was midnight there was no supervisor available so i should call back tomorrow morning and will be able to talk to the manager. I did the same and called the executive again named balashan kumar (I might be not pronouncing it wrong) and again wasted 30 mins and again narrated the whole incident to the him and he said he will see for the manager and said the manager is on another call right now and give me your number the manager will revert back to you within an hour. After not getting a call from manager i again called after almost 1 and half hour and customer executive name subramanium picked the call and third time i again narrated the story and at last he told he cant transfer the call to the manager and didnt supported me. Again i called and this time mohammed picked the call and again 4th time i narrated the whole incident to the him and firstly he said the manager is not available then he is on luch and afte ran hour of talking i asked him to provide me his and his manger email. He gave only his email id that was ([protected]@godaddy.com) but refused to give the manager email only i was able to get his name. The manager name is sujay kumar who refused to talk to me. Is this the customer executive team people have to talk with who are not guiding you the right way. I want t=my account to be recovered at the earliest possible otherwise i have the call recording of the executives refusing me to talk to the manager and i am going to file a defamation case and a rti that is that the service you are providing to a customer. I have wasted my 5 hours talking with these executives and each ones tell me different thing to follow. Is there no coordination between the executives or they are fooling the people and take no responsibility after you purchase from them.
