Godaddy India — regular error

While working on our portal trucktempo.com c-panel stop working (By showing there is no c-panel) and even our portal stop working... Its on a very regular bases.. We called ur about this error n number of time but no satisfactory answer...
From last 2 months we are facing these issues on a very regular bases.. Because of which we are facing so many problems

Once a morning i search for a domain brainstorm.com & brainstrom.com and both of it available on Godaddy for Rs.99. On the same day evenging i tried to buy that domain but it show is SORRY, the DOMAIN TAKEN. Then i check www.brainstorm.com, it has been locked by a domain brokers. They ask 2 times from the actual amount.
