Godaddy India — Removed my website | |||||
Hi authority, My godaddy account number is 94084575. I have purchased domain omegachems.com with hosting plan (Order #[protected] on 3/11/2015 for 1 year. My hosting expired in march 2016 and i was not able to check mail to renew account. My problem is i can renew my account but my website backup is not available at go daddy end as per customer support. They are saying that they can't provide my website data and database. Now i have already paid a lot to make my website with contents and theme designing, and they are helpless. They have deleted my all data even after taking money from me. Its my business loss also. godaddy wont provide any back up as it is an shared hosting if so you need a back up u need to pay for it and you didnt renew on time so it was your mistake and we are happy with godaddy support
