Godaddy India — Transfer Domain Issue

I have paid for domain mercurytech.in for transfer. I just want to cancel it because I took some another domain from Go-daddy. But their representative are not answering properly about my complain. I have called for 3-4 times still they are saying we are processing. Please Sir I don't want this headache more. Could you please take some action about my transfer domain request and refund my amount to respective bank account. Customer ID: 96164075
