Support on call, his name is mahesh today around 22:00-23:00 time, he is rude, overtalking, not giving respect, value, threating and trying to prove that im using bad words when im explaining him how to behave with the customer, my concern is he will spoil my website, or spoil my products or spoil my files or data, i have threat for this guy, i need strong action to be taken from the department, we come for help and service because we are paying, we dont come to take this insult and rude and attacking behavior, should respect customer, im godaddy customer more than 6 years, this is how they treat me?
