This is Madhu Koppula
I have been with Godaddy Customer for almost 10 years.
On[protected], I have upgraded my hosting plan with them and after that my website is not working, Due to this my clients rejects my work orders and I got around 5lakhs loss. The executive are not ready to communicate and they are keeping me hold for 1-2 hrs. on Phone and I have to cut the call as they are not responding.
Sometimes they says it's our problem and some times they say it's Automatic.
Please I am exhausted and they are not even answering properly and a person is there Mr. Sai Kiran, he just behaves rude
Please consider my problem and do justice for me
