Godaddy India — wildcard ssl certificate not executed even after 10 days against id[protected]

Hi,

I purchased Wildcard SSL Certificate but it's not working even after 10 days for our subdomain. I called multiple times to GoDaddy customer care but they are not giving any solution even after putting my call on hold for more than 1 hour every day.

Complete worse service. I never recommend GoDaddy service. Even they are not worried about a call back too.
