Goddess Pg For Ladies, Brookfield, Bangalore — Found coakroch and Hair repeatedly in food

I am writing a complaint regarding serious food hygiene issues at my PG accommodation, Goddess PG for Ladies, BEML Layout, Brookfield, Bangalore, Karnataka.

First time I found a cockroach in the food served to me at the PG. I immediately reported this to the caretakers, who assured me that the issue would be addressed and would not recur.
I have also personally observed that the kitchen and food preparation area is unhygienic and not maintained to acceptable cleanliness standards.
Despite this assurance, the same problem occurred again on 5th July — I found another cockroach in my food, indicating that no real corrective action was taken after my first complaint.
This is not an isolated experience — other residents at the PG have also reported finding insects and hair in their food on multiple occasions.

Repeated contamination of food with insects, hair, cleaning brush and combined with visibly poor kitchen hygiene, poses a genuine health risk to all residents. The lack of corrective action after my first complaint suggests this is a systemic issue with food safety practices at this establishment, not a one-time lapse.

What I am requesting:

1. Immediate and thorough inspection of the kitchen and food storage areas
2. Implementation of proper hygiene protocols for food preparation and storage
3. Regular pest control measures for the kitchen area
4. A response confirming what corrective steps will be taken, and by when

I am submitting this complaint in the interest of the health and safety of all residents at this PG. I would appreciate a prompt response and would also request that the concerned local food safety authority (FSSAI) be informed if this issue remains unresolved.
