1. We made one FD with this company and renew it but at the time of renewal, they illegally deducted TDS by clubbing two different financial years' interest together.
2. They failed to justify under which law, Income tax rule they are allowed to do such type of clubbing to go for such illegal TDS deduction.
3. We attach here with the file sent by them which consists nothing but garbage.
4. The first half portion is mentioning about 6 months FD where we have made FD for 3 years. Totally irrelevant matter.
5. The next half portion shows such a language which cannot be understood as it is nothing but garbage. Is it drafted in Spanish or French or German language?
6. By playing such type of dirty tricks, what they think they could avoid their legal liability? They are only spoiling their name and the whole Parsi community corporate people who are so far known for their honesty which seems to be the thing of past only.
