I PURCHASED GODREJ GENIUS PLUS 208 D CHERRY STCL208025 ON 29 OCT 08 FROM THEIR COIMBATORE SHOW ROOM.
THE ITEM BECAME DEFECTIVE WITHIN ONE MONTH AND I RAISED A COMPLAINT ON 29 OCT 08 AND ONE MAN FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPT CAME AND INSPECTED AND SAID THIS NEEDS REPLACEMENT FROM CHENNAI AND HE WILL COME AND REPLACE ONCE RECEIVED.
INSPITE OF REPEATED CALLS TO THEIR CALL CENTRE AND SERVICE DEPT NO ONE HAS COME TILL NOW AND RECTIFIED...
