Godrej and Boyce — Refrigerator / Cheating with the customers

Dear Sir,
I am very much sad and disappointed to disturb and very shamefully I had to let you know the condition of the customers in the Godrej... Godrej and Boyce is such an 125 years old and a reputed brand and I think so that it is the only brand that is serving 1.1 billion people accross the world but the management is needed to improve the services as well... My product (Refrigerator) door was completely covered under the 10 years warranty and I am having my warranty card with me as well but unfortunately somehow I had lost my bill so regarding for that while I connected with Mr. Manoj Sir (B.S.M) Patna then he said that by the bill we have to estimate the date of purchase.. So now what I am asking you is to consider the date of manufacturing as even from the date of manufacturing the refrigerator door is completely covered under warranty and the date of manufacturing is mentioned on the body of the refrigerator...

So I am asking him to once think ethically and try to resolve the issue.. It's such an small issue don't try to complicate it... You could think upon it yourself that I am providing you the warranty card and even from the date of manufacturing it is covered under warranty so you should let it to be repaired under warranty procedure... I had let you know all the things as a consumer and now it's in your hand so do whatever you all are wanting to do...
