Godrej — Faulty fridge and fraudulant after sales service | |
Dear authority, I wish yo highlight a serious ordeal i am going through with the after sales service offered by godrej. I bought a fridge just 1. 5 years back and its already stopped cooling. We registered a compliant and had some service guy who visited us. He was extremely ill mannered and yelled at my parents for no cause. They visited us twice and said parts cannt be repaired and we hv to purchase it. We agreed to that but were shocked when he the part he offered was sealed pack by godrej. It was not in any box or plastic cover but instead wrapped in news paper. Which goods manufacturing company wraps products in news paper ??? When we questioned him he got agitated and yelled again and left our home saying no one from their service centre will ever come back and resolve this. Today i called their service station again and spoke to rajkumar a technician who banged the phonr on me. First of all godrej sells sub standard appliances that dont last even 2 years and then we have facr such ill mannered technician who want yo fraud us by taking money for new parts and fitting in old faulty parts wrapped in the news paper. This is a serious complaint i wish to make as being a customer i hv all my rights to ask for company manufactured genuine products with a warranty period and moreover respect from the technician who walk in. They require immediate training on how to speak with the customers and help them rather than harass and cheat them. Was this information helpful? | |
