[Resolved]  Godrej Garden City — Refusing to pay back money

Hi,

my name is javed bumlajiwala residing in ahmedabad, i had a booking for appartment in godrej garden city ahmedabad and possession was due on december 2015, i have committed to deliver the flat latest in March 2016 and after as well they are keep delaying.

i am not interested for this possession anymore the reason i visited and requested cancellation of appartment and return funds back.

they have clearly refused and threating to fortified all funds in cancellation and not ready to return the money.

on continuous visit they agreed to pay but asking big amount of deduction which is not valid as they have failed to keep their promise and they should pay back with interest.

in place of paying back they are threatening to take their offered deal otherwise all funds will not be returned.

i am poor guy and no power to fight with this people.
