Address: Eden P block

The pg i lived in shreeji pg located in eden P block at 4th floor. I lived there for 4 months and they had collected the payment for 6 months. I had to leave the pg due to some reason and now they are refusing to give the refund. They are not responding to calls and pg. And they had committed that if they find a girl in my replacement they will refund the amount. They got the girl and they didn't care to inform us. Such a liar they are. I kindly request to report this pg.

    I want to know who is responsible to clean the walking path and the roads that run between orchard Belvedere and who is supposed to clean city square mall … who is the housekeeping…. There are lots of garbage on the roads and in city square mall… who is responsible

      Hiii, i am ram living in godrej garden city ahmedabad instead of that they refused me to park my bicycle in the parking which is adjacent to the garden that why people who come to garden for any purpose have to park their vehicle on the road... Despite they are not providing any parking area for garden inside the godrej property... When i inquire them about the parking they told me that it was not their responsibility and garden did not come under their possession but at the time of selling flat they claim that garden comes under godrej... They are misleading the consumers

      So it is a kindly request to you please look into the matter and order them to resolve the problem as soon as possible

        Hello i am aman. I recently planned to purchase a flat in godrej garden city. I was accompanied by estate agent and was surprised to see that some building named orchard and tivoli section were flooded by paying guest services and lots of noise in tivoli where i saw the flat and was planning to purchase in same building tivoli. Do this company permits this kind of commercial activities. I put on hold the idea of purchasing flat.
        For membership into club, they are collecting Rs.1770/- for one year from Owners flats and Rs.7788 for 6 months from tenants flats.
        How come Owner and Tenants are different in using the Club.

        Action needs to be taken for collecting huge amounts from tenants.

          Hello,
          My name is dhimant vyas living in godrej garden city (Ahmedabad). A month ago i applied for a new internet connection of gtpl. An executive of gtpl came to my house and filled the form and in couple of days they sent two people for the connection but they found a problem in my house's wiring and because of that they couldn't get the wire in my house. So they tried to get the wire from another pipe but as it turns out that there are total three pipes which are blocked as the worker did not put the right effort in doing the connection of my house. So as any person would do i called jll (Which is the maintenance department of garden city). They called mr. Pragnesh rawal who had done the connection work in this cluster. On the first visit in which he came he just check the phone line of my house and said that there is no problem in the house (I do not know who told him that there is any fauld in phone line. I specifically told jjl that the problem is the blicakge in the con sealed wiring and my internet wire is not able to go through it) after a long talk with him, he finally understood what i meant to say and told me that he will come in a few days which he came but without any equipment of work force. He just stood there and tried to solve the problem by talking to the worker of gtpl. This happened three times and on the third time he told me that i will come with my worker on 1st march and we will sove this problem. I called him on 1st march and he told me that i have some other work and today is the last day to complete it so i will come on saturday or sunday and i agreed. On 3rd march (Saturday) i called him but he did not even picked it up, just cut it. After caling three-four times i stopped trying. Again i called him the next day as he told me that he will come on either of these days but sill did not even picked up my phone so i called jll they called him and from their phone i talked to mr. Pragnesh. Now on the call apologizing for not even picking up the phone he argued that you are calling me too many times and he gave me the reason for not coming to solve the problem that he did not had any workers and every one of them is at there village to celebrate holi and wont come till monday. So, i asked him when he will come to solve my problem and he told me that he will come in tuesday. Today is 6th march (Tuesday) and he is telling that he has some other work and cant come today.
          We are not getting proper response while enquire about a rental home. They are just wasting time in waiting.

            Dear all,
            It's a really frustrating experience from godrej garden city, ahmadabad customer service/ rental service people. I am an australian and oci indian and invested in 2 project from godrej with tons of assurances and promises to provide the best service to nri customer. I have already cancel my contract for panel project, but unfortunately i cannot withdraw the godrej garden city ahmadabad and registered my flat. It has been now over 2 month of promise to rent out my flat but beside my tens of emails, tens of phone calls but nothing is happening and no one is taking responsibility to deliver the promise. Rental desk is hopeless and management is also hopeless and never return call even i have requested to talk to management. The lady moina sekh is responsible for all activities for ahmabadbad but she never pick phones and always assurances been given by call centre to arrange a call back within 24 hrs...

            I am really frustrated with this return and would like to warm all nri customer to not invest in godrej properties. Invest in good builders who take care of your emotion and deliver promises.

            Never will buy again from godrej any product in future. Very frustrated.

            Thanks for replying on my complaint. Much appreciated. Godrej has taken my complaint seriously and Ms Niharika has contacted me with assurances to provide full support on and when required.
            Rental team has also contacted and prioritize my request to place a tenant on my property.
            I am happy now with the proactive approach and efforts Godrej team is putting now to address my grievance.
            I will be withdrawing my complaint as soon as the result shows. Rest assure my complaint is not against a person, rather against the system, which should be in place when Godrej promises with NRI customers.

            I’ve had similar issues with the rental helpdesk. They’re not reliable and they have complete disregard for your property. I provided them and trusted them with my keys about six months ago. I’ve heard nothing from them since then. After emailing them several time I realize that I’m not gonna get a response from them. I finally found another realty agent that is quite aggressive and honest in their services. Within two days of getting the keys back from Godrej they were able to find a renter. However we could not get the place rented because someone from the Godrej rental department left the window open in the flat. That allowed birds into the flat make a mess. That’s taken several days to clean the flat and sanitize it. This company only responds when you make public complaints. Until then nothing happens at the Godrej. This is specific to Garden City only. Several of my family members own Godrej properties in Mumbai and they have had no issues. It is only the Garden City team that is highly unreliable and untrustworthy.

              I am unable to understand why are you people charging me interest when the delay in the process is from your end. Please check my all communications sent to you. Kindly note below points where you people have to understand the delay is due to the system followed by godrej:

              1. Your manager meghal bhargava who is the most irresponsible sales person ever. He doesnt respond to my calls. He has neither updated me about the payment to be made. I came to know about the same in august that the due date is 12 aug 2017.

              How can someone arrange for a loan in 10 days.

              2. There is no single point of contact from your office, you think its easy to deal with rs. 17.7 lakh payment speaking in customer care. We need some assistance for collecting documents and other things.

              3. My loan is cleared and i have sent the sanction letter 10-15 days back, which shows my intention to pay the amount. Your team member ms. Archana naidu sent the noc in name of icici bank where as i had mentioned the name of india bulls home finance lts.

              Just being inhuman and charging interest for no reason will not work. I might have to go legal or complain in consumer court for this. Its very sad to see a company like godrej treating its loyal customers like this. If i dont show intention to pay then its different, you are not encouraging someone to book another property ever with godrej.

              I had taken this decision for investment and i live in mumbai. Its not easy for me to travel regularly and communicate with different person everytime in our busy schedule. While doing the booking in 2016 you appoint a sales manager and after the sale is done you treat like this to your customer over customer care where you yourself know that there is a delay.

              Please check my sanction letter and appoint a better person to help me in communicating the process. We shall be able to finish this in 10 days, but just sending email and courier will not work. At times you need assistance since you are buying something worth 21 lakh and not 200 rs.

              I hope that you will stop the interest payment and also forego the interest component that is charged due to your delay. I shall mark this mail to senior management of godrej team and consumer complaints and sebi as well to show how you are making more money and harrasing investors.

                VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
                I booked a flat three months back in Tivoli Cluster (flat no. H 705). I was assured that property is loanable and tie up with SBI. Being a SBI employee i had to go my bank for loan. When i deposited 25% of booking amount i.e. 9.85 lacs and demanded property papers for loan application, then i was told that by godrej back office that H tower of Tivoli cluster has not tie up for loan in SBI. I felt very much cheated and demanded my money back along with interest amount. But after more than one month, i got a call from godrej that returning the interest is not possible and my own money can not be refunded in December due to quater ending. No body is recieving my call. FEELING HELPLESS AND CHEATED.Now i want immediate cancellations of my flat and refund of my money along with interest.

                  I have bought 2bhk flat in Godrej Garden City. My all payments were on time.they delayed the possession by one year still I was ok. But now once I did registration of my apartment and all payments done they have allotted me a parking in different building which is far from my apartment. Since now they have received all payments from me they are taking advantage of it. Their rude executive tells me on phone ur late for registration hence we have no parking left for you. I don't understand what is registration has to do with parking space?? I have paid Godrej way in advance full money for parking as well as for apartment then why they have to wait to allott a parking space till I do registration?!

                  Be aware of such small small wrong doing by Godrej, once you pay your amount they will take you for granted and you will left with no choice but to accept what the give you.

                  Apartment are not of good quality at all. Other construction groups are giving far better quality as compare to Godrej in same price that too in good locations.

                  My advice to people thinking of investing in Godrej to think 10 times before investing. Their after sales services are worst. The executive who I spoke over my parking allotment issue was so rude and not ready to talk. I felt like I was a beggar and he is giving me parking in my building as if he is giving it for FREE.

                  Spoke to few agents they are at the opinion that price of Godrej will not go up in near 5 years as Godrej has so many unsold inventory with them which they are offering at same price which I had bought 4 years back so your value appreciation will not happen for another few years. On top of it such customer care executive who will make you feel the worst. Giving you parking 2 building away where you have to walk 10 min to reach your apartment. This all will be part of your package. Hence avoid it and invest in other builders.

                    Has anyone got any compensation for the undue delay in delivery of Pinecrest by more than 14 months.

                    Has anyone sought adherence to the Agreement to Sell for full refund and interest for the period of delay in possession?

                    Godrej Garden City Ahmedabad continue to sell its apartments and construction activities in the meantime on other buildings in its complex in ahmedabad.

                    Truly disappointed that a trusted name and industrial house such as Godrej is indulging in such practices to the detriment of gullible small time purchasers.

                    I have sent an email with my details to you seeking the refund and interest already.

                    You have cited the following reasons for delay in possession of 14 months starting Feb 2015 as under:

                    1. Harsh rainfall of 2013 - I cannot understand how rainfall of 2013 is an unforeseen circumstance in 2015 and 2016.
                    2. Labour shortage - this is another example as is the first one which has no consequence to the delays from Feb 2015 and you have admitted via email that you have continue to sell, complete finishing of other buildings in the complex, give possession and also construct other apartments in the same complex.

                    So it is really worrisome for small purchasers like me that the possession is being delayed without reason. Please adhere to the written Agreement to Sell and provide me full refund of the amount paid and interest at 12%.

                    I believe the reputed group of Godrej would ensure resolution of my request at the earliest.

                    I share the same sentiment with respect to Godrej.. The possession for Pinecrest B and Tivoli J is delayed without any reason. The management is not even keen to address compensation issues and has indicated a token amount as compensation.

                    If anyone is considering approaching NCDRC directly by forming a Group, do let me know.

                    Also if anyone has a list of buyers who have faced a similar situation, happy to approach them.

                    Yes pls let us get together n fight this out ... these people are just taking us for granted...
                    After the head office contacted us more than a fortnight back our cancellation and refund issue still remains unresolved. The customer service contacted us and asked us for 10-12 days time ... since then the only reply we have been getting is in terms of asking for more and more time. Meanwhile GGC has sent us intimation of registration and possession which indicates a clear timeline only for payment, april to june as registration timeline, and absolutely no clarity on handing over and possession of the flat. Moreover, the email only indicates that the flat is ready, there is no indication as to whether the long awaited BU permission has been recieved... this just looks like another stunt pulled by godrej to collect the money from the customers and then twist their arms...

                    Did you guys initiated any action against them? Even I am one of you, was promised for possession in Jun'15, however still waiting for it.

                    I just received a response from them informing that BU is expected in June.

                    Do let me know if you have initiated any sort of complaints, would like to join. I have a booked a unit in Vrindavan J tower under subvention scheme.

                      my name is javed bumlajiwala residing in ahmedabad, i had a booking for appartment in godrej garden city ahmedabad and possession was due on december 2015, i have committed to deliver the flat latest in March 2016 and after as well they are keep delaying.

                      i am not interested for this possession anymore the reason i visited and requested cancellation of appartment and return funds back.

                      I booked a few flats with Godrej Gardencity in Ahmedabad last year. I wanted to cancel one of the flats that I booked with them. The booking amount was Rs. 5 lacs which is not a small sum and I canceled my flat because I was in urgent need of my own money. I sent a cancellation request on 11th November 2011. I was told (both verbally and in written) that my money would be refunded in 30 days of time.

                      It is over 60 days today and I have not heard from Godrej Gardencity despite written reminders to them. This is the kind of pathetic customer service that Godrej Gardencity provides.

                      My money is stuck with them and no one cares to respond ot do anything about it. When I finally got to speak with the person who accepted my cancellation, he said that they had some cheque printing problem due to which they could not print my cheque on time. I do not believe that such a big builder and such a huge township does not even have funds to ensure that such minor faults are sorted on time and customers are not affected.

                      I am extremely dissatisfied and I am withdrawing all my investments from Godrej Gardencity.
