Godrej - No Response for Complaint even after regular follow up. Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to bring your notice that I have purchased a Automatic Washing Machine (Made: Godrej, Model No. WM-600, ) from M/s. Ramesh Enterprises, Chandanagar, Hyderabad, in the year 2013 which had a warranty of 2 years. The Warranty period from 04.02.2013 to 04.02.2015. Now motor is not working, and noise problem I have been calling customer care number of Godrej ([protected]) since 12th May 2014 but till now I have neither received a satisfactory reply from Customer care. I am furnishing here below a list of complaint number lodged with Godrej customer care centre: Date Complaint no. 15.05.2014 Y[protected] I had a call to to Godrej customer service cell in 7 times from 12th may 2014 to 7th June 2014.They cannot take seriously and they cannot give proper response. Since now I am very frustrated with this non-supportive behavior of Godrej, I humbly request you to look into this matter and do the needful, as early as possible.
