Godrej Interio — 3 door moubani design almirah, lock and door issue | |||||
Since the day of installation, It has a lock issue. Lock is not properly set or the material itself is bad. Last 6 months onwards several times, me and my spouse try to reach Interio to address the issue but all our efforts gone to vain. Honestly it is horrifying and painful support. Each and every time we call Interio service center gives a vendor number who looks all the support activity. The person name is Aritra Samanta and to me he is very irresponsible and very casual in his work. He is not bother pick the phone or calls you back; better to say he never try to fix the issue on time. When I call Godrej interio they always tell my issue will be resolved in next day but no one appears to fix the issue. It is running for last 5-6 months. I am truly frustrated. Now seems to me I made a big mistake by purchasing this big brand name. Requesting Godrej interio management to change this kind of third party partnership else they will lose the trust and confidence of common people. If the person wont get after sales service during warranty time then it is really down the impression of big brand as well; gradually company will lose market share as well.
