I have endorsed the details o[censored]nsatisfactory assembly on delivery of 3 d slimline in your delivery challan on 24.12.2018. This has been inspected by your bangalore expert technician as per your procedure and confirmed that the item delivered is defective and the defect is genuine. Pl refer all the trail mails in this regard.
I had asked for replacement of quality product for the unsatisfaction reported in your delivery report itself. Since the product is confirmed defective, i once again request you to advise your bangalore outlet to arrange for necessary replacement of the item with a quality product. Since the 3d slimline delivered to me is already riveted permanently once, i will not agree for repair of the item as offered repeatedly by your bangalore representative.
I further bring to your notice that i have found your assembly team does not use fixtures for assembling the item at customers’ place. No acceptance standard for checking the item after assembly as “quality inspection practice”, is followed for confirming the product after assembling.
The “assembling instructions sheet” provided along with the delivery kit is also not mentioning any gap between the panels, while the product delivered to me is having gaps all over which is depicted in the photos which is attached herewith once again for your kind reference.
I have opted for your product by your brand name and expect the pleasure of owning a quality product only. Therefore, kindly arrange to replace the item with proper assembly procedures and necessary acceptance standards duly followed.
