Godrej Interio — after sales poor service by godrej people | |||
I have purchased a Fully Automatic U-Sonic washing machine from Godrej in 2014 and took extended warranty up to 2018. During this period many times problems arised and subsequently technician visited and resolved the issues on the spot, now After 2018 when I did not took AMC for further period I had a very bad experience from the service side of Godrej where I lodged a complaint in Godrej customer care about water supply not coming to the machine, again the same technician who usually visits my place visited this time and told that your machine's Panel is not working and it should be replaced and will cost around 3000/- as you have not taken the AMC. I was really shocked and surprised that if we don't take AMC how Godrej people treat us. Their attitude was also not good and talk very rudely. really Hopeless service experience from Godrej.
