My almirah was to be delivered on 15.05.2016(today) between 2 to 4 pm. However when I called the delivery help desk at 3.30 pm they said that the almirah in stock has been damaged and now the new almirah will come from Mumbai and it will take time. For your kind information it was a Sunday and I had shifted all my personal commitments according to the delivery time. It should have been the duty of Godrej to inform me well in advance. It is very disappointing to get such a pathetic service from such a reputed company. You take full payment in advance and then harass the customer like this. Please give my money back and I do not want to purchase a Godrej because of such service. Was this information helpful? | |||
