Godrej Interio — almirah lock defective | |||
I have purchased some products from godrej interior nagerbajar i irony pvt ltd, one almirah lock not fitted properly hence not closing (Purchased on 28 th february-2019). Now another almirah purchased from godrej interior b t rd. But during fitting of new almirah, they refused to attend the defect of the old almirah which was within warranty period. I registered a complain, csn no-669 given yesterday but today they are saying you have to complain at i irony, nagerbajar. These types of negative approach will destroy a company. Today on 2nd December still nobody from Godrej interior contact with me to rectify the lock problem of the almirah which is still in warranty period .It was purchased on 18 th February 2019 and during fitting of another almirah your technician refused to attend the defect, they said though it will take 2 minutes to correct but they will not attend . I am a senior citizen and I have worked more than 35 yrs. in a PSU . I really confused about your technician's negative approach and attitude to work .
Please take immediate action to rectify the lock problem .

Sir, l have purchased two no's almirah from I.Irony Pvt ltd, Nagerbajar show room on 28 th February 2019 in which one lock not closing & registered a complain to your customer care service department . One CSN no-669 given to me on 28 th November 2019, but it was informed that complain is cancelled and I have to inform to I Irony Pvt ltd .
Again I called on land line which was in the purchased Bill, but they informed me after 10-12 days they can see the matter . No complain no was given .
As it was purchased on February-19 and still is in warranty period please see the matter . Your people are showing unprofessional approach and negative attitude to rectify the small job .
