Godrej Interio — Bed repair | |||
I had given a complaint regarding a bed of godrej interio that I have. The technician after checking said that a part of the bed is missing and needs to be replaced. Few days later I got a call from Sarthak Enterprises who are your authorized service providers. They took full payment of 1900 Rs in advance and later told me it will take 20- 25 days for the part to be delivered and installed. I made the payment on 5th of December and waited till end of December. When I got no update I called Sarthak enterprises and they said it will take 15 - 20 working days more. I was not happy so called the customer care again to complain about this. After checking the customer service executive told me 12 th of January. But on 12th Jan also I got no update. When I again called to check they were still unsure and gave vague answers like it will come in 2 -3 days, then again made it 6-7 days . When asked to confirm a date they said 22nd dec which is actually 10 more days. Finally I have been given a final date if 20th Dec which they were still unsure. I have been speaking to a lady called Sayali and Shobha from Sathak ans another executive of Godrej. This delay is unacceptable and I need thr part to be delivered asap.
