I have purchased a Chocolat Queen bed on 07/09/2019. During lockdown I was at my duty place, after returned I saw that the pesting of the bed at the head side has come out. I explained my condition and requested the showroom manager to replace it, I also assured that if I was at home that time I must bring it in his noticed at right time but he said that it was not possible due to expire of one year. Now it is my request to your good human being can you please change it ?
