Godrej Interio — complaint regarding replacement of godrej almirah locker lock | |||
I had launched a request on 02/05/2018 with your support team for replacement of godrej almirah locker lock with complaint no. P[protected] and on 03/05/2018 with your support team with complaint no. P[protected]. On both occassion my complaint was closed without any technician visiting my resident address or solving the complaint. Neither i received again proper justification why my complaints are closed without solution. Then i was told to contact mr. Ubhe by mr. Sandeep from godrej who told me part which needs to be replaced is available with godrej mumbai office. But it will take 15 days to 1 month to get it replaced in technician. I would like to know nasik and mumbai is about 5 hrs or 185 kms far from each other. Is this a logical reason given by representative of godrej.in this fast paced world today does godrej work in this manner. Even after having the replacement part a customer is asked to wait for 1 month. And the other thing is why do you close my complains without any resolution. This really strange and disgusting on part of godrej. Was this information helpful? | |||
