Godrej Interio — Defective Dining Chair

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have bought a dining table (of glass) but am sad to see the poor results of the quality of dining chairs within a few years of purchase. Please find attached photos of the chairs.

I am a regular customer of Godrej Interio and I do have Beds, Almirah, Table etc from Godrej. We do care for all the products as specified. But this time we really got inferior product from Godrej.

I tried to reach out to Godrej Interio and after a month they are quoting Rs 25, 000 for repair of these 6 chairs while the new one is costing 30000. The kind of service and the cost they are quoting is totally unaceeptable. Kindly look into this as a priority as I been running from pillar to post for this kind of pathetic service from an esteemed company like Godrej.
