Please note that before placing the order, I specifically informed Godrej interio sales that the purchase is for the occasion of marriage in my family and delivery must be within 27/07/23. Godrej had confirmed delivery by 27/07/23 vide mail dated 10/07/23 and instructed me to place the order and share the order ID immediately. As per their instructions, I placed the order from their website with full amount Rs 27919/- paid on same day ie 10/07/23. I had sent 4 reminder emails but they have not responded. I was in a very awkward position because the items were being purchased for marriage purpose. To keep my face, I had to hurriedly purchase the ordered item from local furniture shop. Now on 27/07/23 the are informing that the delivery will be made after 3 days ie 3 days after the marriage. The furniture will be of no use. I had mailed to cancel the order and refund full amount Rs.27910 immediately. All interactions between godrej interio and myself is attached herewith. +1 photos Was this information helpful?
