Godrej Interio — delivery issue - no update, no intimation, customer care has no idea | |
I placed an order on godrej interio for a chair on 3rd sept 20. But till date they have not delivered and no update about the current status.. Website status shows packed from the day i booked. Customer care has no idea neither they try to get the current status. Always get the same answer that website has issue can't get the current status. Extremely poor customer service. Called customer service 10 times and they said that they will update, but till now no update. Looks like they don't care about customer service for online customers. Pathetic service.
