Godrej Interio — delivery not on the due date - 3rd august - no intimation of delay | |
I placed the order on godrej interio for a recliner - where they mentioned the date of 3rd august., which was yesterday. Till date they have not delivered and no intimation also. Also in their website - on the tracking order - there is no update of packing and delivery status. Extremely poor customer service. Called customer service 2-3 times and they said that they will update, but till now no update. Looks like they don't care about customer service for online customers.
