Godrej Interio — delivery related issue | |||
Hi, I have purchased a king sized bed, a mattress and a tv unit from godrej interio dhakuruia dakshinapan store on 15.07.2019. They delivered the item on 26.07.2019 and the technician came to assemble on 27.07.2019. But at the time of setting the mattress we saw that the mattress size is not matching with the bed. The technicians captured pictures, reported to the store. They talked to me and assured me to exchange the mattress within 3-4 days. On 30.07.2019 i again called to the store to know the date of delivery the sales person again assured me that i will get that soon. And he repeatedly insisted me to give feedback in the company's facebook page. I told him that i will give after i get the right size mattress but he still insisted me so i gave a feedback. On 03.08.2019 i again called him as i haven't seen any sign of delivery he then told me he will talk to the store people and then confirm the date. Till now there is no call from him. I have only one question. How many days more you will take to deliver the right size mattress? If you cannot delivery the right thing in right time, then take your thing back and refund me my money. Please do not harass people by keeping them waiting. Take a step asap please. Was this information helpful? | |||
