Hi, I requested over a call for a 2 door cupboard at your amboli store. I made a full payment of rs. 17845 for it on the 25th of july. It's been a month now and i've been rigorously following up for delivery. In the first place, i placed the order as i was having guests from overseas on the 11th of august as the store promised delivery in the first week of august i went ahead and made the payment immediately. Dimple makwana is your person at the store and i always get to hear lame excuses like she was in a training, the body is made but doors are yet to be made, etc etc. I haven't received a single call to confirm delivery and nor are my mails ever responded to. I am the one who has to keep chasing. Now i've stopped following up and i haven't heard from your store at all! It's been really long. I need you to look into it at the earliest. It's a very unfortunate customer experience, almost amounting to cheating as i've made the payment in full and your people are absconding.
