Godrej Interio — Godrej Chair | |||
I have ordered the Godrej Chair as part of company offering with some co-pay. I received the chair on September 16 and the next day the installation person came and said the back part of the chair is defective and need to be replaced. He placed a request for replacement and said it may take 10-15 days to get the product but I received it on October 22nd, that too a small part. Today i.e., on October 26th, the installation person came again and said that he can't fix as what we received was just the small part not the full back seat and he is not sure of when do we get the product. Completely disguisting experience!!! It has been more than 45 days that I placed the order and till now, I didn't get any. Can you team, take care of this issue and solve it at the earliest possible.
