Hi godrej team, Hope your life is good after creating mess in your customer's life. I am investing my precious time to make you people awake and make godrej realize what you have done. It really feels bad that a good brand godrej which now i feel is a worst brand. Even after purchasing goods from your shop for worth rs 175000 approx, you people are not serious to help your customer. Good thing - i got the delivery of the products on time within 48 hours and got good assistance from one godrej consultant ankit while purchasing things. But after that things got worst. I regret why i visited your shop to purchase things. I purchased a complete sofa set, complete dining table, double bed, dressing table, center table, puffins, mattress, corner table and caferia coffee table. I invested my hard earned money but your brand took me for granted. Issues started (Not a single issue rather multiple issues)- 1- defective caferia coffee table delivered. I kept quite lodged a complaint in your customer support team. Kept on following up, didn't used this product and today 26 dec again the delivered product was a defective one. The technician who visited the place to assemble just said sorry for the inconvenience and was feeling bad that sorry sir. The day i purchased all these things my relative said we had a bad past experience with godrej and specially this caferia coffee table. Still i bought this (Caferia coffee table and corner table) Even after the complaint second time i received a defective piece. Do explain me why this happened??? Order number - 227646 Order date - 22 nov 2015 Till then i didn't used this defective crap product expecting soon my product would be replaced. I paid for this and till date i am struggling and today 26 dec when i got the delivered product the moment godrej technician opened the sealed pack replacement he was also shocked to see a defective replacement. 2 - the puffies rather defective puffies are not replaced till date even after a complained lodged within 24 hours of the delivery. 3 - the double bed i purchased is fine but the mattress within use of 1 month are crying saying dear customer why did you purchased me? The mattress have shrunk and again after the complaint no resolution provided. Team godrej treat this my final warning. I am going to tell my family relatives and friends never to trust your brand. I am going to publish this on social media and will file a case of cheating and harassment against godrej. Please give me a justification why you guys did this. My suggestion - please close your brand because a normal shopkeeper gives a better service than you. Take these defective crap products from my place and refund back my money. I was thinking that am a happy customer that i trusted your brand. Dear godrej team thanks for making me feeling regret on my choice of choosing godrej.
