I have placed an order for one urban sofa set on 24.10.2013 by paying an advance of rs.5000 vide receipt no 08419 at ur branch off at r.s.puram, Coimbatore phone[protected]/744
I was promised delivery within 15 days but after a delay of more than one month I was informed about the arrival of the sofa for which I have pd the full value of the agreed price rs.59870 on 17.12, 2013
I was informed by ur office staff mr Rajesh and arunkumar that the product will be delivered home the next day
Subsequently it was delivered today at my home by delivery personnel
When I contacted the birch off they said the assembling technician will follow The delivery van
The technician mr Michael raj on seeing the sofa informed me that he has not assembled this sofa not even once
He started working on the assembling but he struggled for nearly three hours still he could not complete the task
He tried contacting the service manager mr kesavan for help but he said he could help him out only tomorrow
Why the customer after waited for more than one half months should be punished like this after paying a heavy amt
Still. Not getting the satisfaction of purchasing this product and punished like this?
I req ur office higher ups to look into this I matter very seriously to train the personnelSir properly before committing for sales of the product
