Godrej Interio — Input pipe of spin bucket of the washing machine is broken when we received it | |||
I bought a washing machine from Barrackpore Great Eastern on 22/01/2020, which is a semi automatic washing machine, an invoice is attached on it. As it was bought on 22nd Jan but it was installed on 13th/ 14th feb. After installation I found that the input pipe of the spin bucket was broken... I called the showroom and told them to replace the machine.. They refused to replace it and asked me to call customer care of Godrej. I called customer care and a complain a report.A technician visited and clicked some photos and told me that the broken part will be replaced soon..It is the month of March of 2020..in this way 3-4 technicians come to my house and do the same... Now it is 15 months gone and the issue remains the same and no replacement done yet. Whether I called the customer care of krishnanagar they either told me that technicians are not available or parts are not available. It is very pathetic condition of customercare of the godrej and I am very much disappointed on *BRAND GODREJ* It's been 15th months, and the warranty period of the machine is 2years.Now the remaining time is 7 month only... Is the problem solved in 7 months or not...?? Please let me know.. I just added the no of the employee of the customer care... please do the needful.
