Godrej Interio — installation not done after 1.5 year of purchasing | |||
It is regd. Invoice no : 80i 24224434. After first installation we found few scratches and requested for door replacement. The replacement item has come couple of month before. After 1.5 years of purchasing the product, installation not done yet. I called several times in your customer care to send technician for installation but no one come yet. Last call i made on 30th october to your customer care and they were confirming to that "within 48 hour technician will come". But nobody come yet. This is very disappointing and it is not the professional approach. We will never recommended anybody to purchase anything from godrej interio. Look into the matter asap.
