Dear Sir,
I have purchased 2 Nos of chairs from your showroom.
Of these, one of the chairs is giving problems with regards to the forward and backward movement.
Also, the seat of this chair looks a little bulged.
Kindly arrange to depute an engineer to address this concern.
Attaching herewith the copy of the invoice for ready reference.
