Godrej Interio — kreation parts missing | |||
My name is Lina Piedade. Sales person was Dipak Gorkha Service Associate was Rohit Nair Mumbai Area Service Manager Bala Subhramaniyam Ganesh. Technician Mukesh and Goakaran I would like to log a complaint against all the above employees of Gordrej as they have not provided the service appropriately. Firstly Dipak didnot order the correct and required parts for my Kreation Secondly there were 2 missing parts of the upper compartment The Technician who was supposed to come in the morning for the setup, denied to come the same day, after alot of request he agreed and reached at 22:45 for the setup on the 3rd of June. Then there was RH missing as the Technician said and told us that he would log the order and get it for us, therfore we waited, but we informed Dipak about it he said he will look into it. On the 7th of June I called in the showroom that is When I came to know my order is not being logged and it was logged on the 7th itself. They told me you'll get a call in 2days. After days I had to myself call Rohit and ask he kept on delaying Atlast on the 20th June my missing part arrived and on 21th June the technician came for the setup and now this is the position of my cupboard mentioned bellow again a missing part I want a valid and acceptable reason for this pathetic service.
