Your company people come, check the piece, do not repair and just go back. The complaint stands closed by your customer care center. This has happened with me twice. The complaint nos are as under: J[protected], CSN is 809 dated 24.07.2013 and J[protected], CSN 678 dated 27.11.2013. In both the cases the complaint stands satisfied without even doing any repairs to the product and no satisfaction code being passed on to the technician. In first case the satisfaction SMS received on 10.08.2013 and in Second matter on 09.12.2013. However, the complaint was for repair of sofa cum bed which is still lying in the same condition as before and deteriorated in need of repairs. This is the last customer complaint.
