Godrej Interio — no service after making payment and not providing refund after complaint | |||||
No service after making payment of rs. 3700. I made a payment in may 2017 for amc contract with hicare - godrej group. Post which i must have called atleast 10 times for service request and other 10 times for complaining about the same and initiated a refund request. It is now almost 4 months that they are not responding to my complaint and releasing my money refund of rs. 3700. It is so ridiculous that such a renouned group can actually be so unsatisfactory in its performance towards customers.
