[Resolved]  Godrej Interio — Non delivery of missing parts - Aura tv stand

23rd July 2014 I had placed an order (No.SOC_0025257) on the 30th of May 2014 at your Vikhroli showroom, Mumbai for 6 items, one of which was the Aura tv stand. I received all the material, as promised, within 2 weeks of placing the order. Your person came soon after for the assembly of the products during which he noticed that the "back panels of the drawers" of the Aura tv stand were missing! He said that he would notify the company and that I would receive the missing parts within 2 weeks, after which he would come back and assemble the tv stand!! It has been over a month and I have not yet received the missing parts!!! I have been communicating regularly with the concerned department over the last month for the same. These are the various answers that I have been receiving - Your order is still pending! Your material has arrived! Your material has arrived, but has been misplaced!! Your material has been erroneously sent back!!! We have placed another order for your material!! Last week I was promised that my material would be delivered on the 18th. But to my disappointment yet once again, I received a call from your side saying that the arrived material has been found to be defective!!! I was once again promised that they have placed a fresh order for the same and I would receive it on the 22nd. Neither have I received any material nor any call from your side! The Aura tv stand is sitting in my living room, half finished, which makes a really ugly picture!!! I request you to take back the unfinished product and refund me the cost.
