Godrej Interio — non delivery of slide & store almirah | |||
I have purchased a product "slide & store plus - white" of rs. 33125/- at your outlet godrej interio, vikas marg, delhi on 26-jun-2017. But still date we have not received the product. After continuous follow-up your executive is saying that product is not available in stock which is very surprising for us. How your authorized stores are selling product and charging full payment from the customer if product is not available. We are very disappointed the service provided by the godrej. No communication and status update by your executive. So please cancel our order and refund the money as soon as possible. We are not charging any interest amount of our money but please ensure that there should not be delayed at your end. In the month of August 2016 a 2st vida sofa burgy SYN LTH purchased from Indore which was delivered us on 26 aug 2016 But its stitches Damaged within a year, replacement was assured.Its third time complaint reminder but yet not any action is taken. Hence immediate compliance from your end expected as assured at sale of sofa.Thanks
